Say hello to Arlo! He's a handsome guy looking for his forever home. He will be a year old later this month (Jan 2021). He weighs in at 60 pounds, which he feels is the perfect lap dog weight.
Arlo loves toys! But they definitely need to be durable--he will make short work of destroying the wimpy ones. He is good with other dogs his size and currently goes to daycare a couple days a week. He has had no exposure to small dogs and very limited exposure to cats.
Arlo's other favorite pastime is cuddling with his people. As you can see in his pictures he is a bit of a couch potato and a ham for the camera.
He has to watch his sodium intake but doesn't require a special food, just care in selecting his treats.
Due to his enthusiastic nature, Arlo will be best in a home with no small children. Arlo is up for a road trip and rides well in the car.
Arlo sleeps in his crate at night but isn't sold on the idea during the day. It's a work in progress. He is also making progress on his leash walking.
