Hello! My name is Babi and I’m looking for a forever family that will keep me and love me forever and ever. My foster mom asked me what stuff I thought my new family should know about me, so here it is:
First of all, I love to love! Cuddling and being close to my people is my favorite thing in the whole world. When we meet it might take some time for me to warm up to you, but once we get acquainted we’ll be best friends! Just like with people, I need to be slowly introduced if I’m going to have a dog or cat sibling.
I really like playing tug and keep away! I’m very energetic so I get bored sometimes if I don't get enough physical and mental exercise. Once I’m tuckered out, though, I’m all about snuggling on the couch with you. I’m really curious and love to smell all the smells so I would make a great companion for anyone that likes to go new places--as long as I can go, too! Sometimes I get stressed when I’m all alone for too long because I get scared that my people might not come back. This is something I’m working on but I would prefer a home where I’m not alone for super long periods of time.
I’m really good about letting my humans know when I need to go potty. The nice people at the shelter can attest to this--they said my kennel was ALWAYS clean when they came to take me outside. I’m also highly motivated by anything involving treats! I know how to sit and I’m working on other commands with my foster family and I learn so fast, it’s quite amazing, if I do say so myself.
