This gorgeous pooch is Fletcher, our friend from Pawsitive Tails. From the mean streets of Oklahoma City, he's now in a loving foster home and it turns out Fletcher is almost absolutely perfect!
Fletcher loves his people enough to follow them from room to room, but doesn't insist on being a lap dog (he's less than 50 pounds, so lap dog isn't entirely out of the question, though). He loves stuffed toys, preferably with squeakers, and carries them around in his mouth without destuffing them. He knows basic commands. He's low energy, so doesn't need you to don your spandex and take him running three times a day, but does enjoy a nice leisurely walk. Fletcher is even good with the kids, the cats, the chickens, and the other dogs!
Fletcher is not, however, good with the nice people making deliveries to his home. UPS? Nope. FedEx, DHL, Amazon? Nope, nope, nope. Fletcher expresses himself by barking at them from his living room window. His foster family and The Pet Connection trainers are helping him learn that those folks aren't out to get him, and his new family will need to work on that as well. No one is 100% perfect, right?
